On behalf of Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley, I would like to thank you for the wonderful job you and all of your staff did at our recent Rally Through the Valley Motorcycle Run and Pig Roast. All of the staff that worked at the Pig Roast in Emmaus Community Park were extremely kind and professional, even when faced with more than 700 hungry bikers. I personally received numerous positive comments about the food and the servers and absolutely no complaints. This was our eighth year of holding the Rally, and by far the largest.
We could not have had such a successful event without the support of friends like you. You truly do make a difference in our organization and in the lives of victims of violence. Thank you again for everything.

Dear Larry:
I just wanted to write a quick note to say Thank You to your staff for a tremendous lunch at our Retiree's Picnic.
As always, the food you provided was delicious. The pig roast was a huge hit for the retirees, and it was cooked perfectly. Your staff (I can't remember their names) that set up and served the food did a great job of setting up the serving lines and keeping' the food well stocked.
I was very happy, but even more importantly, the retirees were very happy. They had nothing but good things to say about your staff and the delicious food. Thanks again for a job well done.
